Tree Removal
In addition to the physical removal of trees, Online Demolition are more than happy to assist all our clients with tree removal permits as required.
Swimming Pool Removal
Online Demolition completely remove the entire swimming pool with the use of a jackhammer attachment on the excavator to break up the foundations to load and remove from site. We do not leave swimming pool carcasses in the ground. We do not bring soil in to back fill pools as standard practice however we can certainly arrange to infill and compact if required.
Asbestos Removal
All asbestos removal undertaken by Licensed Registered Asbestos removers in accordance with OH&S requirements with Asbestos Clearance certificates issued following removal of asbestos and prior to commencement onsite.
Cut and Seal of Sewers
Although not a requirement of the water authorities, many building companies require the sewers to be cut & sealed. This work can only be undertaken by an authorised Registered Plumber and Online Demolition can certainly arrange a quotation for you if required which will include a Certificate of Compliance issued following completion of works by a Registered Plumber.
Process
We make the demolition process as simple as possible. As a rule of thumb we recommend our clients allow six (6) weeks from acceptance of a quotation to a cleared site.

Generally allow three (3) weeks for a demolition permit. All quotations include demolition permits and Online Demolition proactively work together with the relevant building surveyors to ensure permit applications are processed in a timely manner.Services Abolishments
Both Gas and Power services are required to be abolished prior to commencement of demolition. Abolishments can only be undertaken by your service provider however Online Demolition are keen and willing to assist all clients with the process.Temporary Fencing
Quotations include the supply and installation of temporary fencing for a maximum of three months. The duration of temporary fencing can be extended if required.Asbestos Removal
Asbestos removal is undertaken by fully registered asbestos removers. All asbestos is removed in accordance with 2007 OH & S regulations.Manual Demolition
Removal of salvage and recyclables. Manual demolition is undertaken to prepare the site for safe mechanical demolition.Demolition/Site Clearing
Final stage of demolition by a 20 tonne excavator. This stage removes all demolition recyclables an waste from site by semi tippers.Final Certificate
The site is inspected by the relevant Building Surveyor and a certificate of final inspection is issued. That's it! The process has been completed.Recycling

Our skilled and highly experienced team strive to reduce the environmental cost by fastidiously separating out recyclables; Scrap Metal, Green Waste, Timber, Bricks, Rubble and Concrete. Our logistics team work closely with Waste Management/Recycling specialists, continually networking in order to ascertain the most cost effective recycling stations
Bricks
Online Demolition physically pluck the bricks out onsite immediately a brick wall is felled, commonly referred to a Brick Throwers. The bricks are thrown into the excavator bucket and loaded into the semi tippers and transported into the brick yard. Manual throwing ensure there is minimal concrete rubble and reduces damage to the bricks. The bricks are manually cleaned by Brick Cleaners, stacked on pallets and onsold.
Windows & Doors
All doors, windows, fireplace and valuable timber salvage is carefully manually removed, securely loaded and transported directly from site for reuse.
Flooring & Timber
Flooring is manually lifted, floor joists and bearers cut out, roof timbers cut out, all neatly stacked and transported for reuse/resale.
Scrap Metal
Recycled by steel and metal merchants.
Green Waste
All trees and green waste is chipped and mulched for reuse.
Concrete
Crushed and recycled for road base and paving surfaces.
